Renovation

Folla Tech has workshops in Follafoss, Motala and Verdal. The workshops are well equipped with regard to mechanical assembly and machining. In addition, we do a number of special tasks such as thermal spraying, PTA welding, balancing, sintering, sandblasting and composite coating.

Over many years, we have developed renovation methods for a number of machines that exceed the quality that was delivered when the machines were new.

Vacuum pumps

We have refurbished more than 1,000 water ring vacuum pumps. After renovation, the pumps are significantly better than new, both in terms of lifespan and efficiency. All pumps are full-load tested after renovation in our test station, and are delivered with a guarantee.

Replacement pumps

We stock fully refurbished vacuum pumps and have more than 40 pumps in circulation as replacement pumps.

Through service agreements, we offer replacement pumps for most pump types in use in Norway and Sweden. This reduces the need for expensive spare parts stock.

Leasing of refurbished machines

One reason why many people buy new instead of used and refurbished is easier financing of new machines.

Through our finance partner, we can offer leasing and financing of used machines.

Centrifugal pumps

We renovate all types of pumps and have extensive experience with composite coating of centrifugal pumps. Composite-coated pumps are often a better solution than stainless steel or duplex ones.

Based on HVOF thermal spraying and our Folla Coat solutions, we renovate various components especially for the Subsea part of O&G. Among other things:

Pin-ends, Mud-pipes, Running tool, Telescopic joint, Diverter Inserts, Inner Body THRT.
