We operate within a fully equipped welding workshop that can handle equipment

weighing up to 30 tonnes.  

 

We deliver NS ISO 3834-2 certified (quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials).

MIG / MAG-based carbide welding:

Welding of alloys and materials such as copper, bronze and cast iron.

 

PTA welding (Plasma Transfer Arc):

Applies little heat to the workpiece and causes little structural change in the base material.  The PTA process is used for difficult parts that are exposed to extreme conditions during their lifetime, such as heat, wear, corrosion, erosion, glue and wear.

FCAW - Flux Core Arc Welding

 

Manual GTAW (TIG) - Gas Tungsten Arc Welding
